The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Punjab Invites Applications For
The Post of Post Graduate Teacher/ Physical Education Teacher Recruitment. The Director
General School Education–cum-State Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik
Shiksha Abhiyan Authority, Punjab invites applications for the following posts
for Adarsh Schools in various Districts in the State of Punjab on Contract
Basis. Government Adarsh Schools mean
Adarsh Schools being run by Punjab Education Development Board at following
places. The post and other details are given below….
Post:
Post Graduate Teacher in English, Punjabi, Math, Physics,
Chemistry, Biology, Phy. Edu., History, Political Science, Economics, Computer
science,
Qualification:
1. MA/M.Sc in the relevant subject with 50% marks in
aggregate with B.Ed
2. BE/B.Tech (Computer Sc./IT) or MCA/MSc(IT) / in
Computer Science for PGT (Computer)
3. Master Degree in Physical education or M.P.Ed or
equivalent qualification (for PGT physical education)
Trained Graduate Teacher in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Maths,
Science, Social Studies,
Qualification:
BA/BSc with 50% marks with B.Ed.
Physical Education Teacher
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Physical Education OR Diploma in Physical
Education after University Degree OR BPEd. OR equivalent qualification.
Drawing Teacher
Qualification:
Five year’s recognised Diploma in Drawing and Painting /
Sculpture Graphic Art. OR Four year’s
Diploma in fine Arts and Crafts from Viswa Bharati, Shanti Niketan. OR Diploma in Fine Arts from Govt. School
of Arts and Crafts, Patna. OR M. A. in
Drawing and Painting from Agra University, Agra. OR Equivalent recognised
Degree. OR Ed. Degree/Diploma in Fine
Arts from Regional College of Education
Computer teacher
Qualification:
3 years diploma (Computer Science & Engineering /
Information Technology) or BCA or B.Sc (IT/CS/Internet Science) or BIT or
B-level of DOEACC or B.E/B.Tech. (IT/Computer Science) or BCAM or B.Sc
(Information system / Science)or BMIT or AMIE Examination of IETE in Computer
Science & Engg. or M.Sc (IT/ Computer Science/Software System) or MIS or
MIT or M.Tech. (Computer Science) or M.Sc (Networking and Protocol Designing)
or M.Sc (IT) (LE), with at least 50% marks (Educational qualification must be
from a recognized University / Board)
Librarian
Qualification:
University Degree in Library Science OR Graduate with one
year Diploma in Library Science from a recognized Institution
Primary Teacher
Qualification:
Graduate with English as one of the Optional/ Elective
Subject with ETT/ JBT or B.Ed. However, preference shall be given to Graduate
with ETT/JBT.
Nursery trained teacher
Qualification:
12th pass with NTT
Clerk/ Data Entry Operator
Qualification:
Graduation and
Working Knowledge of Punjabi as well as typing speed of 30 WPM in
English and Punjabi
ü Applications
will be received ONLINE from 09-12-2012 to 24-12-2012 upto 5:00 PM at

ü For Primary
teachers who have passed Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) of Punjab Part – I
& TGT posts only those candidates should apply who have passed Teacher
Eligibility Test (TET) of Punjab Part – II.
ü For the
posts of PGTs, TGTs & PRTs only those candidates need to apply whose Medium
of Instructions has been English at Graduate or Post Graduate Level in all the
subjects except in languages Physical education, Drawing and Librarians.
ü The
number of posts can be increased or decreased.
ü Age
Limit: For teachers between 18 and 38 years as on 1st Jan. 2013. (01.01.2013).
Age relaxation as per the rules of Punjab Government.
ü Age
Limit for Principals 35 to 45 years as on 1st Jan. 2013. (01.01.2013). Age
relaxation as per the rules of Punjab Government.
ü Reservation
will be as applicable by law & as per Punjab Govt. policy.
ü Only
those candidates who have passed Punjabi upto Matriculation need to apply.
ü Select
panel will be valid for the period of one year from the date of counselling.
