The Jaipur Metro Rail
Corporation Ltd Invites Online Applications For The Post Of Jr. Engineer/
Station Controller / Train Operator, Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (JMRC),
a Government of Rajasthan Undertaking, registered under the Companies Act, 1956,
is implementing Metro Rail Transit System in Jaipur and intends to recruit
people for operation & maintenance of its first line scheduled to be
commissioned in June, 2013.
Post:
1. Station Controller/ Train Operator
Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised
University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent Grade/ Level in graduation, and
Mathematics or Physics as one of the subjects passed in Senior Secondary (10+2)
or Higher Secondary (10+1) or equivalent examination of a recognised Board.
2.Junior
Engineer (Civil)
Qualification
Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised
University (or equivalent Engineering qualification) with minimum 50% marks or
equivalent Grade/Level.
3.
Junior Engineer (Electrical)
Qualification
Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised
University (or equivalent Engineering qualification) with minimum 50% marks or
equivalent Grade/Level.
4.
Junior Engineer (Mechanical)
Qualification
Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised
University (or equivalent Engineering qualification) with minimum 50% marks or
equivalent Grade/Level.
5.
Junior Engineer (Electronics)
Qualification
Degree in Electronics/ Electronics &
Communication Engineering from a recognised University (or equivalent
Engineering qualification) with minimum 50% marks or equivalent Grade/Level.
6.
Customer Relations Assistant
Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised
University with minimum 50% marks or equivalent Grade/ Level.
7.
Maintainer (Fitter)EITHER
Qualification
a) National Trade Certificate or National
Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Fitter’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued
by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of Labour & Employment/ Government of India,
pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Fitter’ Trade or
equivalent certificate, issued by SCVT, pursuant to a course of minimum two
years’ duration.
8.
Maintainer (Electrician) EITHER
Qualification
a) National Trade Certificate or National
Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Electrician’ Trade or equivalent certificate,
issued by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of Labour & Employment/ Government of
India, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Electrician’ Trade or
equivalent certificate, issued by SCVT, pursuant to a course of minimum two
years’ duration.
9.
Maintainer (Electronics) EITHER
Qualification
a) National Trade Certificate or National
Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Electronic Mechanic’ Trade or equivalent
certificate, issued by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of Labour & Employment/
Government of India, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Electronic Mechanic’
Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by SCVT, pursuant to a course of
minimum two years’ duration.
10.
Maintainer (Refrigeration & AC) EITHER
Qualification
a) National Trade Certificate or National
Apprenticeship Certificate in ‘Mechanic (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioner)’
Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by NCVT/ DG E&T/ Ministry of Labour
& Employment/ Government of India, pursuant to a course of minimum two
years’ duration.
OR
b) State Trade Certificate in ‘Mechanic
(Refrigeration and Air-Conditioner)’ Trade or equivalent certificate, issued by
SCVT, pursuant to a course of minimum two years’ duration.
AGE
LIMITS
A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years
and must not have attained the age of 35 years as on 1st January, 2013. Provided
that the age of entry on the posts of Maintainers shall be minimum 18 years as
on 1st January, 2013.
Selection
Process :
a) Selection shall be provisional, subject to
fulfilling all the requirements applicable for appointments under the JMRC
Recruitment Rules, 2012, including verification of character and antecedents of
the candidate, verification of the requisite documents submitted by the
candidate and him/her meeting the requisite medical standards for the post b)
The selected candidates shall on appointment be placed on probation for a
period of 24 months.During the period of probation each probationer may be
required to pass such examination and to undergo such training as may be
prescribed from time to time.c) Probation related provisions given in the JMRC
Recruitment Rules, 2012 shall apply
Application
Fee :
a) An Application shall be deemed as valid only if
the prescribed Application Fee is deposited by the last date prescribed for the
purpose, i.e., 1st November 2012, and in the specified manner. b) The
Application Fee shall be paid as under, through a system generated SBI Payment
Challan, at any branch of State Bank of India. Bank Charges : The Challan shall
include Bank Charges of Rs. 30 per Application which shall be payable in
addition to the Application Fee indicated above.
How
to apply:
Applications shall only be submitted online.
Candidates are advised not to submit multiple applications against any one
post, as it may result in cancellation/rejection of the candidature without any
notice/intimation. Exception: In circumstances of inadvertent error discovered
by a candidate after submission, he/she is free to submit another Application
on or before 30th October 2012.In such cases, Application Fee and Bank Charges
for the new Application will have to be deposited afresh (on or before 1st
November 2012), even if Application Fee had already been deposited for the
earlier Application.
