Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test called as APSET - 2012 is conducting by Osmania University, Hyderabad. Qualified candidates in this test can get admissions in Universities and colleges as Assistant Professors and Lecturers.

Osmania University invites applications from eligible candidates for Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test in 24 subjects through online. Qualification, Fee, Subjects, Exam centers and etc...... Is follows:

Subjects: Anthropology, Chemical Sciences, Commerce, Computer Science and Applications, Education, Economics, Earth Science, Life Sciences, Linguistics, Hindi, Management, History, Law, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Philosophy, Physical Education, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Telugu, Urdu.

Qualification: PG in concern subjects with minimum 55% for general & BC candidates, 50% for SC/ ST/ PH/ VH candidates. Post Graduation final year studying candidates can also apply.

Age: There is no Upper age limit

Fee: Registration Fee for General candidates Rs: 700/-, BC candidates Rs: 500/-, SC/ ST/ PH/ VH candidates Rs: 250/-.

Selection: Selection through written test

Examination Centers: Hyderabad, Warangal, Nizamabad, Nalgonda, Visakhapagtnam, Guntur, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Nellore, Anantapur, Kadapa, Kurnool

Impartent dates: Online Registration will start from May 3rd, 2012

Online submission will closed on May 30th, 2012

Eligibility Test will be held on 27th July, 2012

Last date with late fee: With Rs:100/- late fee till 5th June, 2012. And with Rs:200/- late fee from 6th to 10th June, 2012.
