Manager / Legal Officer/ Manager / Personnel Assistant - B.E./M.E,
B.Tech/M.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc, Graduate, LAW. The National Institute of

Government of India, Ministry of communications & Information Technology

Post:
Accounts
Officer/Financial
Qualification:
Expert Persons retired from Central/State Govt. Deptt. or
its Autonomous Bodies/PSUs in a senior position (Grade Pay Rs.5400 or above)
with commendable knowledge of Accounts and Financial Matters; OR Persons
possessing M.Com with 15 years of experience.
Administrative
Officer/Asstt. Manager (Admn.)
Qualification:
Persons retired from Central Govt. at the level of Section
Officer or above having experience of handling administration, particularly
purchase and stores matters. Experience in procurement of technical stores
would be preferred; OR Persons possessing Masters Degree in Business
Administration with at least 5 years experience in handling
procurement/purchase and management of stores and logistics in a reputed
organization.
Legal Officer/
Manager(Legal)
Qualification:
The persons retired from Central Govt. at Deputy Secretary
or Under Secretary/Deputy Director Level having experience of handling legal
matters. The persons possessing having a Degree/Diploma in Law would be
preferred.
Programmer
Qualification:
BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc.(CS)/MSc (IT) followed by two years
experience in Networking/Database Administration/ Software Development
Data Processing
Assistants/ Office Asstt.
Qualification:
The Assistants/UDCs retired from Central Govt. well versed
with office procedure followed in Govt. offices. Experience of Records/file
maintenance, day to day office working and computer knowledge will be a must;
OR The person should possess a Graduation Degree and should have proficiency in
typing. Knowledge of working on Computers will be a must. The persons having
done courses in Office Management/Secretarial Practice would be preferred.
Personnel Assistant
Qualification:
Stenos/PAs/Private Secretaries retired from Central/State
Govt or its constituent organisations including Autonomous Bodies/PSUs with
proficiency in taking dictations, handling telephones and office files as well
as sound knowledge of working on Computers OR Persons possessing Graduation
Degree with proficiency in Shorthand and typing on Computers. Knowledge of
computers will be must. Persons from
open market having done course in Office Management/Secretarial Practice would
be preferred.

conducted as per schedule given below:
2. Interested
candidates may apply in the prescribed proforma and report for interview at
given time on the above address with their testimonials in support of
educational and professional qualifications, experience, age, Cast Certificate
(in case of SC/ST/OBC), Release Order (in case of retired employees of Govt.
organisations/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs), etc.
3. The positions mentioned above are purely temporary
co-terminus with specific project work initially for a period of six months,
which can be extended based on need and performance of the individual at he
discretion of NIELIT.
4. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview.
5. In case large no. of candidates report for attending the
interviews on the prescribed date and due time constraints some candidates are
not interviewed on the said date, such candidates may be called for interview
on next day.
6. The candidates should not be less than 18 years of age on
the date of interview. Upper age limit
indicated above would be relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per
Government Rules/Instructions.
