Educational & Language Qualifications : The Minimum educational qualifications
applicable to candidates applying for post is as under :-
Pandit :
(i) Candidates with minimum educational qualification of graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
(ii) In addition candidate must also be qualified Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhushan in Hindi or equivalent standard in the regional language concerned.
(iii) Those who have passed BA with Sanskrit / Hindi as one of theelective(Main) subjects but have not done Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhushan in Hindi are also eligible.

Note: For Indian domicile Gorkha candidates applying for the post of Pandit the minimum educational qualification for appointment will be same as 2 (b) above.
For Nepalese domicile Gorkha candidates applying for the post of Pandit the minimum
educational qualification for appointment will be as under:-
(i) BA with Sanskrit/Hindi as one of the elective (main) subjects (Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhushan in Hindi not mandatory)
(ii) Graduation/Post Graduation in Sanskrit from any recognized university of India/Nepal.
(iii) Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhushan in Hindi or equivalent standard in the regional language concerned.
Maulvi :
Candidates with the minimum educational qualification of graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. In addition candidate must also be qualified as Maulvi Alim in Arabic / Adib Alim in Urdu or equivalent standard. Those who have passed BA with Arabic /Urdu as one of the elective (Main) subject but have not done Maulvi Alim
in Arabic / Adib Alim in Urdu are also eligible.

Padre: Candidates with the minimum educational qualification of graduation from a recognized university. In addition candidates should have been ordained priest by the appropriate ecclesiastical authority and is still on the approved list of the local Bishop.

PROCEDURE OF SELECTION :
3. (a) The recruitment will be carried out through all the HQ Recruiting Zones, IRO
Delhi Cantt, Ladakh Scout Regt Centre Leh and JAKLI Regt Centre Srinagar.
(b) Submission of Application : Application duly filled as per performa given in the advertisement will be submitted by the candidate alongwith the required documents
duly super scribed (APPLICATION FOR JCO (RT) COURSE NO 72 & 73) on top outer cover of envelope to the HQ Rtg Zone / IRO Delhi Cantt / Ladakh Scout Regtl Centre Leh / JAK LI Regtl Trg Centre Srinagar of which the individual is a permanent native / resident latest by 25 Apr 2013. They can appear for written exam only from the place of domicile. Application submitted to a different org of which the candidate is not domicile of will be rejected. Postal Addresses of all Headquarters Recruiting Zones & concerned Regimental Centres are given at Para 6. (c) Candidates found eligible will be issued call up letters by the concerned office/ recruiting organisation for initial screening which will include checking of original certificates followed by medical examination.
(d) The screened candidates will be put through written examination which will be

MEDICAL STANDARS:

((a) General Medical Standars for Group 'X' (Technical) trades are as follows: -

(i) Height: Minimum height required is 152.5 cms. (ii) Chest: Minimum range of expansion is 5 cm. (iii) Weight: Proportionate to height and age. (iv) Corneal Surgery (PRK/LASIK) is not acceptable. (v) Hearing: Candidates should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately. (vi) Dental: Should have healthy gums, good set of teeth and minimum 14 dental points.

(vii) Health: Candidates should be free from medical or surgical deformity. He should be free from all communicable diseases and skin ailments. Candidates must be physically and mentally FIT to perform duty in any part of world, in any climate and terrain.

The Indian Army TA Officers Graduate Recruitment Online Application 2013, Territorial Army (TA) officers gainfully employed young men an opportunity of donning the uniform and serving the nation. Only male citizens of India and Ex-service officers who are medically fit.

Qualification – Graduate from any recognized university.

Age Limit – 18 to 42 years as on 15 Jan 2013.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

• Commission is granted in the rank of Lieutenant.

• Pay and Allowances and privileges will be same as regular Army Officers when embodied for training and military service.

• Promotions upto Lt Col by time scale subject to fulfilling laid down criteria. Promotion to Colonel and Brigadier by selection.

• Officers commissioned in TA Infantry may be called out for military service for longer duration depending on requirement.

EMBODIMENT FOR TRAINING

• One month basic training in the first year of commission.

• Two months annual training camp every year including the first year.

• Three months Post Commissioning training within first two years at IMA Dehradun.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Civilian Candidates : Candidates whose applications forms are found, correct after scruitinisation will be called for screening, by a Preliminary Interview Board (PIB), at their respective TA Group Headquarters. Candidates selected by PIB should provide brief BIO-DATA to include details about their employment with monthly income from all sources at the time of documentation immediately after PIB. Successful candidates will further undergo a Service Selection Board (SSB) and Medical Board for final selection.

Last Date Form completed in all respects will be accepted till 15 Jan 13 at respective locations as mentioned above

Candidate who passed written test of PIB are required to bring the following attested documents at the time of interview :-

• Certified copy of educational qualification certificates, all certificates and mark sheets beyond matric.

• Latest physical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS Doctor.

• Service certificate by candidates employed in Central Govt/Union Territory/State Govt/Semi Govt/Private Sector authenticated by Head Office.

• Self Employed candidates or having own Business are required to submit an Affidavit on Non-Judicial stamp paper value of Rs. 10/- duly attested by the Deputy Commissioner of the District/Gazetted Officer/Commissioned Officer stating nature of self employment and income earned annually with the attested photocopy of the latest Income Tax Return filed by the applicant along with photocopy of the PAN Card.

• Incomplete application will be rejected without intimation.
